Kimana Gate – Main Entrance to Amboseli National Park in Kenya

Kimana Gate is the oldest gate of Amboseli National Park. It is also the most developed and probably the busiest gate. It is open all year and is located in the southeastern part of the park.

The gate has many facilities for visitors. The Kenya Wildlife Service office is there, where you can pay for park fees using electronic payment methods. Kimana Gate also has small shops where you can buy snacks and souvenirs. There are clean flush toilets for convenience. A ranger post is available if you need help or a guide, and there is also an information center.
